The strengths and positivity of a Filipino online worker or freelancer can be reflected from the feedbacks of their employers globally whether it is an online job or an offsite job. Most Filipinos are admired for their diligence, intelligence and loyalty. They are flexible to their work surroundings and always aim improve their skills and talents.
I often hear from other foreigners especially those that are staying in the Philippines that many Filipinos are after a higher pay and just work for the sake of money. The truth is all people, whatever their nationalities are, want high pay. Many Filipinos have to leave their families to work so money is their basic need for living. Poverty is prevalent so the most important goal is to improve our livelihood. However, Filipinos don’t just work for the money. They have principles and they serve their masters well as long as they are treated fairly.
One of the significant considerations thought about by a Filipino employee in their future job is their potential to grow. So, if you want your Filipino employees to be loyal to your company, treat theme well. They will stick with you through thick and thin as long as you motivate him or her and you show respect.
